Plug-In Penny Pincher Putts Through Portola

Portola - Driving down Bayshore Boulevard the other afternoon, I pulled along side a vehicle with plug-in hybrid technology.  Not sure if the vehicle was public or private, but am glad to see my first one on the streets of San Francisco.
